Default FORDBRONKER's 03 Cobra build

Here's the car as it sat bone stock a few years back.

The tear down has begun. I will update with whats happening when I get my pictures loaded from the camera.

After sitting for 2 years, some TLC work is in order along with the long list of mods. Things are coming along nicely though.

Stay tuned....

Here's a shot of the brakes.

Out with the old to make room for the new.

Not bad for 1 night of work.

Are you going to polish his exhaust for him too?

Nope. He doesn't have the SS Bassani CB.

Brake overhaul has begun.

Painted Ford Racing Rotor hats and vents to protect from rust. Gloss black caliper brackets. Calipers are still in process.

Sneak peek of the calipers. Not done yet but under way. Hanging by my boiler to bake dry lol.

Looking good. May want to put something under the nitrous line so it doesn't rub the paint on the tower.

The nitrous line is usually run a little better. Its just resting there at the moment because the TB and plenum are being ported so the nitrous plate is not installed.

More TLC work being done. Sanded and repainted the rusted heat exchanger brackets. Its the little touches that will make it all come together nicely.

Installed onto the fluidyne H/E. I know the H/E looks all beat up, but its not bad in person. It does not photograph very well lol

Still a lot happening to the Cobra. Dropped the irs for a diff cover brace and upgrading the front subframe bolts to 9/16 bolts.

And why pay for rubberized under coating when you can do it for free..... rubber is 2 years old. Not coming off very easily.
