Default my build thread

figured id post it up since i made my definite plan for my car show whats done so far and whats next

when it was dropped at my house,


washed it


new headlights, lowered (not enough), control arms,275s


billet grill


redid my home made cat back, 10" resonators fox body stock tail pipes and chrome tips sounds like slp but only was 100 bucks


rear cats deleted o2s mad


shaved trunk and fixed dent



so far thats it, next is summit fast 5 wheels 15x10 rears with 295/50/15s and 15x4.5 fronts with 195/60s, then 4.10s and rebuilt rear end, then regasket motor head studs,new clutch and fly wheel and carburator swap edelbrock vic jr intake with control module,cams, edelbrock 750 car, plate kit 150+ shot

eh i put it on there trying to trade for a convertible then i seen the car that was my insperation to keep it, just cause i put something on craigslist doesnt mean its for sale lol,

Dude, If you're going carbed you should go 4 valve/dohc. Seriously.

i was thinking that but i cant find fullonfab anymore i think they went outa buisness they made a nice kit that was cheap put an hei dizzy out the front and carb intake they claimed 400 crank hp with there kit on a mark viii motor too, i know a guy with there kit in a hot rod and its wicked fast and spins up to 7500 rpms, all i can find now is sullivan and there exspensive, and the edelbrock kit for the 2v is very nice, i was thinking of doing stage 1 cams and a good set of valve springs and rev my 2 valve up to 7500, that car i posted pics ive been talking to the guy that built it hes running cams and springs with ported heads revving to 7500 he makes just shy of 400 hp, n/a, the more ive been thinking i may do a couple stages of gas.
