Default BigJohnson's 1989 LX Hatch build

Mach 1 was sold 2 weeks ago and I just picked this up last night. Its a 1989 LX hatch, 117k miles and bone stock minus a pypes catback and is a 5 speed car. As of now the interior is gutted and there is minimal rust in the rear. I have a brand new black carpet and red panels with some cougar leather seats.
My plans for it will consist of Corbeau LG1 seats, 2 1/2" cowl hood, keep the black carpet, change the panels to a charcoal color, coil overs, 5 lug conversion with disc brakes, black chrome saleen rims, bfg kdw rubber on all 4's, 4:10's, and it will be painted Kona Blue. Not sure what engine/transmission combination I will go with just yet.
Only pics I have as of now

Update: Got a few things in the mail; Hurst short throw, black dye for interior trim, 3m sound deadening material and a box of all screws/plugs for interior. Finished putting the 3m sound deadening material in today, carpet will probably go in monday. Wednesday I should have my weather stripping, carpet for the hatch, new headliner, sunvisors, floor mats, corbeau upholstry for rear seats, new cowl vent for the hood, and pedal assembly. The LG1 seats were on backorder and I should have them in 2 weeks.
Interior before:

Interior after 3m:

shifter:

i used fat mat for my sound deadening material. kit came with 2 rolls and a knife and a roller, was enough to do entire car, floors, doors, hatch, roof, and fire wall, with a few feet let over www.fatmat.com

Worked on it today and installed the shifter, seat brackets and changed the oil. Oil looked like water from a swamp, just gross shit but now it runs like a champ.
