Another thing I found strange is the way the blower fit the gasket. At first I thought I was screwed because one of the ports wasn't fully covered. after I checked it out better I realized that the hole doesn't actually go anywhere... It's open to the belly of the block. I Havnt done much with these engines is this normal? I would assume if I spun the heads around it would work out so the thermostat would use this hole and it would go down to the water pump.

Hmmmm something doesn't look right there....

The heads are the same casting and can go on either side so that shouldn't make a difference. Are you sure your lower intake is correct?

Yes it can only go one way. And of I spin it around would be the same thing on the opposite corner.

That doesn't look right. Are the gaskets supposed to be different from side to side? I'd be worried about something leaking there

I bought 2 sets of gaskets they also can only go one way. Like I said the hole that's showing doesn't actually go anywhere. Kenne bell has a tech on modular fords I'll post there and see what they say.

I decided I wanted to put the water meth directly under the blower to get a good mist right after the rotors, but right before the intercooler to help cool it.

so I tore it all down and drilled and tapped it right in front of the blower, directly into the air stream for a good mixture.

I have to do a little more research. I haven't decided if im going to do one big jet just under the blower or two small one before and one after. the one before to help cool the the blower.

Sweat build. The suspension stuff looks bad ass.

I think personally I'd still send a email and picture to KB and see what they say about that gasket/fitment .
