Default Timing chain assembly

Anyone on here know a place that could assemble and realign a timing chain for a dohc motor? I redid the oil pump and pickup tube, thought I had the chain in the same position but I don't. Motor is out of the car, on a dolly with all accessories and timing cover and valve covers off. Looking for a place that is familiar with mod motors and a quote to do it.

We did this on ErikHPR's 4V, its not quite as easy as a 2V but its not bad. I have the alignment tool for the crank. Going to be setting up Mellis' new engine here pretty soon too.

It's easy
Without any chains, TDC the crank
Then put all 4 cams with the key ways facing down towards the deck. Then align the timing marks on sprockets with colored links on chains, and crank (bottom).
You will need to collapse all tensioners to do this.
That's pretty much it.

Is it something where the alignment tool is necessary?

The alignment tool is to put the crank at TDC.
You can find TDC with a degree wheel and piston stop
Alignment tool is just easier
