It's actually a fairly "easy" swap, your current accessories will work on the new motor. Would be nice to find a cobra intake at least, you'll need the engine wiring harness and ECU as well, as the B head motor runs on coil packs not COP

The mark viii intake isn't bad and you can use a 96-98 gt harness and ecu

It has coil over plug wires, the guy stopped answering me today so I think it might be sold or idk still hoping hell at least answer me, id like to do the cobra intake just for looks, if that ones sold I may have a line on another, but that one has over 100k, I'm up in the air on doing the swap, or getting cams for my 2v and next tax season getting a Paxton novi 1200sl, idk if I do the mark viii motor I'll get intake and headers at tax season I'm so confused to many options lol

Although it's possibly more than you are looking to spend, I'll likely have my "old" long block up for sale if the new one doesn't blow up or whatever. Kitted as an FRPP '00 Cobra crate engine, It's basically an 01/teksid.

That I'm not sure of. I'll have to do some market research. I have no idea what it's worth. somewhere between $1200 and $2000.

Try the local junk yard as well, at the one in Worcester you can pull a motor and take it home for $100 or $150 with a warranty lol

I may if I can't find a decent deal on a cobra one, what you want for manifolds? I really want a cobra intake so when I open the hood it looks like a cobra,
