Had an Eaton m-90 i believe.

candyroush 02-22-2012 01:07 PM

It was supercharged, Ford installed it when it was new

turbodfoci 02-22-2012 09:49 PM

yea it was, Jackson racing m-45 thing was tiny. i think it made 150hp +-.

Intercooler install:
so i was going to cut up the factory rebar to make it fit but decided to make my own.
Its out of 1/4" plate and 1" square bar.

Mock up:
http://i1257.photobucket.com/albums/...8/DSC_0341.jpg

Welded and bolted up:
http://i1257.photobucket.com/albums/...8/DSC_0344.jpg
decided to bolt it on so i could easily take it on and off

This will roughly be what the piping will look like. There will be 2.5" hot side and 3" cold. It also wont be so flared up in the air haha
http://i1257.photobucket.com/albums/...8/DSC_0346.jpg

Turbo housing:
Because i was changing the piping from 2" to 2.5", i also decided to change the turbo cover too. hoping it might flow some more cfm also because of the larger size.

Bolted up:

Here is the old cover "E" 3"inlet and 2" outlet. "SP" 4"inlet 2.5" outlet
